Return, exchange and cancel

We do everything we can to inform you about the articles via our website. If an item nevertheless does not meet your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned. Please contact us at the following e-mail address: info@andriesdejong.nl add your order number.

■  We do not take back custom, cut or specially ordered items.

■  Please the article(s) within 14 days return after approval from us.

Lead-time 

We strive to ship your order within 1 - 3 working days, we have 90% of the items in stock. If the item is not in stock or has a longer delivery time, we will contact you and, if desired, we will refund the purchase amount immediately.
